Chocolate chip muffins

You will need:

  • cupcake cases
  • 110g of butter
  • 110g of caster sugar
  • two eggs
  • 110g of self-raising flour
  • chocolate chips
  • vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons of milk

What to do:

  1.  First get your cupcake cases and put them in the muffin tray.
  2. Get an adult to set the oven at 180 degrees
  3. Mix together the butter and the sugar until pale and creamy
  4. Add the eggs a little at a time
  5. Add the vanilla extract and mix in
  6. Slowly add the flour using a big spoon
  7. Then, carefully add the milk
  8. Finally, add the chocolate chips and stir until they are all mixed in
  9. Divide the mixture between all of the cake cases
  10. Put the tray in the oven for 10-15 minutes
  11. Bake until golden-brown
  12. Get an adult to take the tray out of the oven and leave the cakes to cool.
  13. Enjoy!

  • sweets
  • mixing bowl
  • wooden spoon
  • cupcake cases


  1. First turn on the oven and put cupcake cases on a tray.
  2. Next mix together the butter and sugar until it is fluffy.
  3. Then add the eggs, then the milk and flour.
  4. After that put the mix into the cases and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down.
  6. Finally decorate with icing and sweets


Homework Challenge 29\\02\\2016

Last Friday we had tea at my Nana's. She made us sausage casserole which was delicious.There was carbohydrates and vegetables.The sausage and mashed potato were the carbohydrates. The carbohydrates give you energy for a long time. The vegetables were broccoli,green beans and carrots. Vegetables give you vitamins and minerals.

Cheesy Pizza

You will need:

1 Pizza oven tray

2 Pizza cutter 

3 Spoons and plates 


1 Pizza base

2 Passata 

3 Sweetcorn

4 Mozzarella and  grated cheddar cheese 

5 Red pepper 

What to do:

1 Spread the passata generously with a spoon onto the pizza base

2 Tear the mozzarella carefully on the pizza 

3 Sprinkle evenly the cheddar cheese and sweet corn on the pizza 

4 Put your pizza on the oven tray

5 Ask an adult to put the pizza in the oven at 180 c for 20 mins
