Instructions: 

6.Using a knife cut a circular hole in the centre of each cupcake.pour 2/3rds of the chocolate beans into the cupcakes and save the rest for decorations.Replace the piece of sponge over the filled hole.

7.Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes.Finish with the decorations.

Instructions (step 3 onwards)

3. Then empty the contens of the cake mix into a mixing bowl and add1 medium egg and 4tbsp(60ml) of cold water.Wisk for 1 minute until smooth.

4. Later divide the cake mixture evenly between the 6 cupcake cases. Bake in the  centre  of the oven for 12-15 minutes.Ensure the cupcakes are cooked throughout.Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

5. Once the cakes are completly cool prepare the frosting.Empty the frosting mix into a small bowl,add 75g of softened unsalted butter. Mix together until light and fluffy.

 

How to make chocolate pi\xf1ata cupcakes

you will need:

 

Chocolate cake mix

chocolate frosting mix

chocolate beans

muffin tin

nixing bowl

whisk

1 medium egg

60 ml of water

75g of unsalted butter

 

Instructions:

1. Firstly pre-heat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius (gas mark 3)

2. Next place the brown cupcake cases into your muffin tin

 

Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

  • 100 g unsalted butter , slightly softened
  • 125 g golden caster sugar
  • 1 large free-range egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 g self-raising flour
  • 1 pinch of fine sea salt
  • 100 g quality chocolate , (use a mixture of milk and dark, if you like
 

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 170ºC/325ºF/gas 3. Line two baking sheets with greaseproof paper.


2. Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until pale and creamy. Crack in the egg, add the vanilla and mix well. Sift in and fold through the flour and salt. Roughly chop and stir in the chocolate. 

3. Roll tablespoons of the dough into balls and place onto the lined trays. Cover and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. 

4. Flatten the balls slightly with your fingers, then place in the hot oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly golden (make sure you don’t overdo them – the chewier the better). Leave to cool completely, then serve with a glass of cold milk.
